We are looking for dynamic candidates to join our organization. The job responsibilities include communicating with customer for CAB Booking. The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the UK Inbound operation.

Designation: Client Service Executive (Voice In-bound) Rotational Shift

Job Description:

  • Job Role : Inbound Process
  • Communicating with Customer.
  • Understanding the additional guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: High School, Diploma, Under Graduate, Graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills in English.
  • Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service.
  • Ability to work in UK Shift Timings (Rotational Shift)
  • Typing Speed 20 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy
  • Familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Fresher’s can also apply.
