Designation: Client Service Executive (Voice In-bound) Rotational Shift
Job Description:
- Job Role : Inbound Process
- Communicating with Customer.
- Understanding the additional guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: High School, Diploma, Under Graduate, Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in English.
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service.
- Ability to work in UK Shift Timings (Rotational Shift)
- Typing Speed 20 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy
- Familiar with MS Office applications.
- Fresher’s can also apply.
